Restorative Yin Yoga

A slow, grounding practice designed to soften the body, quiet the mind and create space from within.

Through long-held Yin postures, gentle stretches and conscious stillness, Séverine will guide you into a deeper state of release, working with the connective tissues while supporting mobility, flexibility and a greater sense of ease.

An invitation to slow down, listen to the body and let go of accumulated tension — returning to a place of calm, balance and presence.

No previous experience is needed. Come as you are.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax freely. Yoga mats and all necessary practice materials will be provided by Nômade Temple.

No necesitas experiencia previa.
